Client Relationship Manager

BCA Financial Services Inc. is looking for a full time Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager’s (CRM) primary role is to manage and protect the relationship between BCA and its clients and is responsible for client satisfaction. The CRM is expected to consistently provide exceptional customer service as well as represent client needs and goals within the company.  In addition, the CRM will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. 

Essential Functions

  • Ensures all aspects of the client relationship are addressed and any remedial action is taken for issues and challenges.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the Client and Client Services Department to provide strong company representation.
  • Incorporates the company’s values into all business and staff development practices and all departmentally directed activities
  • Owns and drives the relationship at Senior and Executive levels within client organizations
  • Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
  • Maintains detailed knowledge of client operational processes and procedures
  • Develops problem-solving and process-improvement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Demonstration of a complete understanding of BCA’s business units and Company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client. 
  • Identify, conduct research, document and report client issues and concerns for tracking purposes.  Communicate such findings to the client when appropriate.
  • Works with Operations to assist in a successful delivery of all client key performance indicators, BCA’s internal quality and collection goals as well as the day-to-day matters that the client encounters.
  • Expected to gain and maintain a deep understanding of client experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve client experience and drive growth
  • Prioritizes activities based on business and client impact
  • Maintain an adequate level of cross training to ensure timely responses to client inquiries

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in business, computing or other analytical subject or equivalent business experience.
  • Proven work experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to build strong, influential client relationships
  • Ability to communicate passionately, persuasively and effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats, with a wide range of people, including clients and external organizations
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar. 
  • Strong verbal, communication and listening skills
  • High work standards and an ability to exceed expectations.
  • Organization, coordination and time management skills.
  • A positive, energetic, motivated and tenacious work ethic
  • Ability to train and coach team members on processes, procedures, compliance and product knowledge.
  • Ability to plan, organize and delegate work.
  • Ability to influence team members to achieve individual and team objectives
