The Client Relationship Manager’s (CRM) primary role is to manage and protect the relationship between BCA and its clients and is responsible for client satisfaction. The CRM is expected to consistently provide exceptional customer service as well as represent client needs and goals within the company. In addition, the CRM will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
