BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented full-time Patient Account Resolution Supervisor. The main function of this position is to manage intake of information from multiple sources (i.e., consumers, creditor clients, consumer attorneys, regulatory bodies, internal partners, etc.) related to all lines of business serviced by BCA Financial Services, Inc., assuring risk containment, appropriate levels of research and action thereafter, consistent with creditor client, regulatory and organizational expectations.
The Patient Account Resolution Supervisor will:
Communicate areas of opportunity across the organization, collaborating thereafter with internal resources to address said opportunities.
Plan, manage, audit and evaluate activities of direct reports.
Assure timely intake of information and actions performed thereafter to mitigate risk and promote satisfaction.
Promote an environment that supports consumer, creditor client, regulatory and organizational satisfaction consistent with regulatory, creditor client and organizational expectations.
Assure direct reports are provided and complete appropriate training opportunities, communicating recommended training opportunities to Learning and Talent Development
Provide guidance to direct reports assuring an understanding of best practices consistent with consumer, creditor client, regulatory and organizational expectations.
Assure direct reports are provided with tools necessary to effectively perform job duties.
Promote retention and recognition of direct reports.
Express passion for consumer satisfaction, promoting the same passion amongst direct reports.
Accept a high degree of responsibility and accountability for others as well as self.
Review performance metrics, diagnose root causes of nonconformities that may lead to customer and client dissatisfaction.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years’ experience supervising direct reports preferred.
Two or more years’ experience working within FDCPA and HIPAA related functions preferred.
Ability to work onsite at Miami, FL office preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in Microsoft products to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
